Allan is the CEO of Service Professionals Australia, as well as Omega Services group and Leading4Growth. Omega is a Sydney based home services company specialising in plumbing, electrical and HVAC solutions.  Under Allan’s leadership Omega has grown from having seven staff in 2004 to over 80 staff today. An accomplished service technician, sales trainer, marketing expert and podcast host, Allan vast knowledge is available to help your business succeed.

His speciality is helping business owner’s identify the most profitable area of their business. Allan has a passion for anything with a motor in it that goes fast, he enjoys powerboat racing & track days.  But, when at work he likes nothing more than getting ‘it’ done & growing those around him.

Kim is Master’s qualified marketer with solid experience in real estate, marketing, design & accounting.  He has worked in every part of small business & has a very strong sense about how the individual elements of small business work together. He has been instrumental in the transition of three owners towards retirement & sale of two small businesses.

As well as being a skilled marketer, he specialising in marketing strategy, content creation & media.  He is passionate about developing systems that are used to create repeatable positive customer experiences.  Kim loves putting himself out there to experiment, his approach is unique & refreshing. Kim enjoys nature, anything connected with videography and spending time connecting with his family.

Nathan is a fully qualifi­ed plumber with more than 15 year’s experience on the tools, front line sales, customer service and dispatch. He has lived the issues faced by tradespeople and in particular the home maintenance area.

Nathan joined Omega Home Services in 2012, progressing into the senior management team in 2013 and then was promoted to General Manager in 2015. As the General Manager of a large home services business offer plumbing, electrical & HVAC services across the Sydney area, he is working closely with Allan Ferguson, Managing Director of Omega Home Service.  He has been instrumental in implementing strong systems in CSR, Dispatch and Projects, whilst building a successful and enjoyable workplace for over 80 staff.

He has trained hundreds of technicians in both projects and sales, and has a good understanding on what makes Tradies tick. His passion for the trade services industry is unwavering and he has a strong focus on company culture.  He has a dynamic knowledge of leadership development and his contribution to the Omega Group is immeasurable.

A family man, Nathan enjoys the outdoors and like to get away to the family rural property or holiday home on the coast at any chance.
